This app is designed as an exercise metronome.
Please consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise app or program. This is especially important for persons over the age of thirty (30) or persons with pre-existing health problems.

Start slowly and at the level that is appropriate for you.
Use this section to set the tempo of your exercise routine.
Set your "action" (eg. push-ups) speed with the BPM slider.
The "Increment (BPM)" spindle changes the granularity of the BPM slider.
Set your "change" (eg. change to sit-ups) interval with the Change slider.
Only available when the Clock Type is set to "Timer".
Use this to set the exercise period. Default is sixty (60) seconds.
The Exercise Metronome can be used as either a Stopwatch or as a Timer, or as neither. Timer is the default.
Use the Clock Type spindle to make your choice.

- The Exercise Metronome does not run in the background. Do not attempt to run the Exercise Metronome's timer in background mode. You will be disappointed.
- This App is designed to never turn off (when the timer is switched on). It is recommended that your device is plugged in when you are running this App.
